Since our inception we have won favour with many Landlords who trust us to manage their property portfolios across most regions of the North West.
We maintain strict but professional working practices for rent collection and specialise in DSS tenants and we often having to take a flexible approach to successfully manage a tenant’s specific situation.
We also have a strong support network of maintenance contractors and can react quickly to any and all issues that arise, whether it be a small but urgent call out or a complete refurbishment that needs to be completed on time and on budget.
Our initial contract is covered by a set “finders fee” and includes a comprehensive advertising and support package:

* Our Website
* National property websites
* Accompanied viewings
* Credit & Reference checks
* Contractual / lease preparation
* Preparation of inventory (including photographic record)
On an ongoing basis we charge a 10% management fee each month and this incorporates:
* Rent collection and tenant account management
* New tenant set up for gas, electric and council tax
* Landlords accounts and payment dispersal
* Emergency call out service & repair management
* Property inspections
Where possible we visit the applicant in their current home to verify how they look after it. We also write to neighbours on either side of the tenant on move in to ensure they have our contact number in case of disputes.
