A free landlords training course is being run by Wansbeck, Blyth Valley and Castle Morpeth local authorities at Hirst Welfare Centre, Ashington on October 4th. The course will cover the 2004 Housing Act. Contact Julie Young on 01670 843229 for more information.

I think Sheffield council run a course but I don't know the details

The London Landlords Accreditation scheme used to run a course as part of their accreditation but it costs to join the scheme so I didn't bother. Some of the landlords associations run training/meetings etc as well.

A superb course to go on is the RLAs' course - it costs £80 I think, but its very very good.
