Morning all,

My first post, so a pleasure to meet you all.

I have a house with an AST student group in. All is pretty much fine, except since they have moved in, the external TV aerial has not functioned and they have requested I get it sorted out.

I have done a bit of reading up and cant find any details of TV aerials and who is responsible so I was wondering if anyone can help me?

The closest I have got is knowing that the LL is responsible for the structure and exterior of the property and the 'installations for the supply of services i.e gas water elec. sanitation and heating'. But it does not detail aerials!

Cheers
Harvey

If you have provided an ariel then it should work as it forms part of your itenary. There should be some signal coming through. If the tenants TV is not working because of low signal strenght then the tenants must fit their own internal signal bouster ?

Somthing to focous on for the tenancy agreement!
