Could you please advise or give me details of how to go about a company let. I have a company interested in one of my properties who have 3 Polish workers wanting to rent my house on a long term basis.

I've done loads of private lets, but no company lets. They are paying 6 months rent in advance & a deposit - so i assume most of my concerns are covered but I am concerned that i do the tenancy agreement correctly.

I was proposing to list all 3 tenants on the 6 month shorthold tenancy form plus the company as the guarantor - is that correct.

Many thanks for your help

No.Do a company tenancy agreement in their name only. It's different.
I've just finished letting two properties to a company employing polish workers.Be prepared for major renovation at end.
They paid more than a family and rented for 2 years but has cost £5000 to put right neglect etc. The good thing is you can take a company to court if deposit doesn't cover damage. My agent is working with the company at present to re-imburse as they have 9 landlords in same position and they don't want bad publicity.
