I let out a flat which is the top floor of an end of terrace property. The guy downstairs who like me is a leaseholder but lives in his property is allowing his property to fall into a state of total dis-repair. This is affecting my property detrimentally with problems like rising damp ocurring. The freeholder who lives elsewhere has no interest in enforcing the terms of the lease. Is there anything I can do...Help !!
