please can some one tell me how to arrange step by step a standing order for my tenants as at the moment i collect rent
personally from tenants every month with a rent book.thanks

NO NO NO NO, YOU DO NOT FIRST COLLECT THE RENT FROM THE TENANT.WHAT HAPPENS, IF YOU HAVE EMERGENCY, OR YOU TRAVEL OR ANY THING YOU HAVE TO DO AND IT IS IMPORTANT.WHEN A TENANT DOES NOT SEE YOU IT ONLY MEANS THANK GOD LL IS NOT COMING TO COLLECT SO NO PAY.
RIGHT NOW AS AM REPLYING YOU AM IN REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.ALL I DO IS LOOK ON LINE TO SEE WHICH TENANT AS PAID AND THE ONE THAT HAS NOT FOR ME TO SEND A VERY BAD TEXT.
1ST GO TO THE BANK YOUR BANK, TELL THEM YOU WANT A FORM FOR STANDING ORDER FOR YOUR TENANT. IF YOU ARE TOLD SORRY WE CAN'T HELP, ASK FOR A SAMPLE AND PHOTOCOPY IT.GET THE DETAILS OF THE TENANTS INVOLVED AND THEIR BANK DETAILS, FILL IT IN AND SEND IT TO THE BANK. BUT THE BEST THING TO KNOW ALSO IS WHEN THE TENANTS THEIR WAGES ARE PAID THE VERY DAY OR THE FOLLOWING DAY IS BEST TARGET. THSI WAY YOU ARE PAID.
IF THIS DOES NOT WORK, GIVE THE TENANTS YOUR BANK DETAILS AND THEY PAY INTO YOU BANK ACCOUNT AND THIS IS WHAT I DO FOR THE PAST 3 AND A HALF YEARS, SO FAR SO GOOD IT HAS WORKED AND I THANK GOD
