My tenant has to move out before the end of his lease, but wants to assign the remainder of it to his girlfriend and another. This is allowed in the terms with my permission which I'm OK with. Does anyone have any idea how he should do this. This is in Scotland by the way....Is a simple letter naming the people and signed by all concerned satisfactory?
