Hi just looking for some information - thinking of letting my flat out - what kind of Certificates do I have to put in place before I can do this and how long do they last for.

You will require an EPC Certificate and also a Gas Landlord Safety Certificate. These will be required every 12 months.

I carry out Gas Landlord Certificates within the West Midlands Only and charge a rate of £50.00 per property.

In regards to your EPC you will have to find a company that local to you that can do this.
