Rent on Time is a service for landlords and letting agents that guarantees to pay the landlord or letting agent the rent, in full, on the day it is due, every month, regardless of whether the tenant pays or not.

Rent on Time scheme summary

• Rent on Time sets up the tenancy including Credit score, Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and Deposit handling
• Rent on Time pays the landlord or letting agent every month, on the due date, regardless of whether the tenant pays or not
• If the tenant defaults, Rent on Time will deal direct with the tenant including, if necessary the eviction process, whilst at the same time you continue to receive your rent, every month, paid on time
