16 places where UK house prices are surging as hotspots revealed – see full list

New data from Rightmove shows the areas in the UK where house prices have surged the most over the last 10 years between the Diamond and Platinum Jubilees.

Ahead of the Queen ’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations, new data reveals the areas that have seen the highest price growth over the last 10 years.

Margate in Kent tops the list, with average asking prices for homes have more than doubled (+107%) from £148,763 to £308,508 – an increase of more than £150,000, according to Rightmove analysis.
