Landlords with rental properties in Rusholme, Longsight, Levenshulme and Moss Side are advised to check whether their property will require a selective licence, after four new schemes were announced by Manchester City Council.
The new schemes will come into force on the same day, 9 August 2023, with the full list of streets the designations affect available to view on the Council’s website.
