This is one of my favourite personal HMO projects. Super proud of the interior and finish and I even turned my hand to creating the bespoke artwork throughout the property!  When the property was finished and ready to market, this was then passed on to RENT A ROOM National Limited – myself and Russ’s letting agency covering the West Midlands.

This is now a part of my personal property portfolio which helps produce monthly income as well as being a long term asset which will continue to increase in value over time. Remember property is a long game, not a quick fix.

I was able to able to provide a great fixed return to one of my private investors on this project which is definitely a Win-Win!
