Online estate agency Purplebricks is set to face legal action over claims of holiday pay and pension contributions.

According to Property Industry Eye, around 100 estate agents who worked for the firm are planning to launch the legal action, despite being classed as self-employed.

Contractors for Justice, who is leading the legal campaign on behalf of the workers, is looking to appeal to around 2,500 property agents who it believes might qualify before any legal paperwork is filed against Purplebricks.
