If you’re looking for a few tips on how not to sell your house, you’ve come to the right place.
Andy Donaldson from Aberdeen, Scotland came across some dodgy real estate photos in his hunt for a new flat in London in 2013 and thought they were too good to ignore.
Donaldson set up the blog ‘Terrible Estate Agency Photos’ and just two years later he has published a book with the same name.
The popular blog receives approximately 100 new images every week and Donaldson said he has a whopping 2,000 more images saved for future publication.
“The photos I am sent come from websites all over the world – from the UK, US, Canada, across Europe, Russia, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan and even Kazakhstan,” he said.
Donaldson also said he acknowledges real estate is a difficult job and everyone makes mistakes sometimes.
However, he said he rarely receives complaints from property agents as they generally wish to remain anonymous.
