A Grimsby landlord has been left with more than £15,000 of damage caused by an evicted nightmare tenant.
The house has broken doors, appliances which no longer work and the furniture has either been burned or sold illegally on Facebook.
Outside, has become rat infested. A trailer has become a mountain of dirty nappies, food waste, beer cans and broken toys.
