A new Rich List of the most expensive streets has been revealed by Zoopla.
Kensington Palace Gardens in London holds the title as the priciest road in Britain for the 13th consecutive year, with an average property price of £29,898,000. It is well known for its embassies, diplomatic residences and billionaire residents, including Roman Abramovich, and counts Kensington Palace – and with it The Cambridges – amongst its neighbours.
