NetRent’s new Property for Sale service launches on 1 September 2026, and the countdown is now well underway.
We are currently building the first group of listings and want landlords and agents with suitable properties to register their interest before launch.

Completely Free Property Advertising
Property for Sale has been created to give landlords and agents an additional route to market without paying NetRent a listing fee or sales commission.
Suitable properties can include:
- Properties with sitting tenants
- Vacant rental properties
- Homes suitable for letting
- Individual investment properties
- Multiple-property portfolios
- Properties already being marketed by an estate or letting agent
There will be no charge to advertise, no commission payable to NetRent and no charge for receiving purchaser enquiries.
We Will Promote the Service to Our Landlord Audience
NetRent has spent 23 years building up a large database of landlords and agents.
Property for Sale will be promoted to that existing audience, helping suitable listings reach people who already have a direct interest in rental property, buy-to-let and portfolio investment.
We will also support the service through our established social media channels on Facebook, X, Instagram and LinkedIn.
For landlords and agents, that means additional exposure to a specialist audience at no cost.
Use NetRent Alongside Your Existing Agent
The new service is not intended to replace your existing estate agent or major property portals.
Because Property for Sale is free, it can simply be used as an additional route to market.
If your property is already being sold through an agent, enquiries generated through NetRent can be directed straight to that agent.
You should simply make sure that you have permission to use any photographs supplied by an agent, photographer or other third party before reproducing them on the NetRent website.
Why Register Before Launch?
We want the service to go live with a useful selection of properties already available for prospective purchasers to view.
That means we need landlords and agents to register now.
By registering before 1 September, you can be among the first to hear when listings open and help us prepare the initial group of properties for launch.
There is no obligation to proceed simply because you register your interest.
