Tenant Referencing – Just £8 plus vat

NetRent are delighted to announce the introduction of a brand new Tenant Referencing service with a difference.

From today you can reference tenants for just £8 plus vat = £9.60

But it’s better than that. With our new service it’s just £9.60 per property !!!! There is no limit to the number of references you can conduct for 30 days !!!!

This is how the service works:

1. Register on our website https://www.netrent.co.uk/referencing/
2. You will receive an email from our business partners Checkboard confirming your registration.
3. Follow the link in that email and confirm the details of the property you intend to rent.
4. Add the tenant’s details to that property and get the reference back.
5. You can conduct unlimited references for the next 30 days.

This is Tenant Referencing for just £9.60 per property. If you have not let the property within 30 days then simply re-register the property for another 30 days at just £8 plus vat = £9.60.
