We are delighted to announce the launch of the brand new TenantVet website.
TenantVet is the best reference you can get on a tenant. Landlords, agents, local authorities and housing associations can and have all joined TenantVet and submit information about how their tenants conducted their tenancy. This information is then available to every other landlord, agent, local authority and housing association who registers with TenantVet.
And all of this service is completely free of charge to all users.
Over the last few months we have been working hard to upgrade and improve TenantVet to make the website even easier to use. We now invite every landlord, letting agent, local authority and housing association to join with existing users to build the largest tenant database in the UK.
TenantVet will help good tenants to rent more easily and more quickly, hopefully saving them time, effort and money. TenantVet will help identify the minority of bad tenants who cause problems and often cost landlords considerable amounts of time, effort and money.
TenantVet complies with all the relevant Data Protection and Human Rights legislation. It is a free service, open to every landlord, agent, local authority and housing association. We invite you all to join TenantVet and together we will build the largest tenant database in the UK.
