2023 is just around the corner, and we’re all hoping to have a fantastic new year, but there are a number of questions facing the property sector. What will happen to house prices? Will 2023 present a good time to buy a buy-to-let? Is property development a good strategy for the coming year?
In the absence of a working crystal ball, hopefully, having worked in property for the last forty or so years, I can offer a few nuggets of wisdom.
