The new service will allow landlords and agents to advertise suitable properties completely free of charge, while prospective purchasers will also be able to search and make enquiries free of charge.
A Service Built Around the Rental Property Market
The new Property for Sale section is intended to bring together people who understand rental property.
Landlords and agents will be able to advertise:
- Properties being sold with sitting tenants
- Vacant rental properties
- Properties suitable for letting
- Individual properties or larger portfolios
For landlords looking to buy, the service will provide another way to find properties that may be suitable for their next investment.

There will be no advertising fee, no sales commission and no charge for buyers to search or make enquiries.
Property enquiries will be sent directly to the landlord or agent advertising the property. NetRent will not become involved in negotiations or act as an intermediary in the sale.
