Code of Practice
The first of these is the Code of Practice consultation where the Welsh Government seek views on the Code of Practice which will be part of a landlord or agent’s licence conditions.

Information, periods and fees
The second consultation is more on the details of regulation looking at information, periods and fees for registration and licensing.
You will find this here. This consultation will end on 7 May.
In both cases you will find a consultation document and an online form you can use to give your responses.
