NetRent Property for Sale is a free service designed to help landlords, letting agents, estate agents and members of the public advertise property that may appeal to landlords and property investors.

You can advertise property that is:

• currently let, including property with sitting tenants
• previously let
• vacant but suitable for letting
• being sold individually or as part of a portfolio

There is no charge to create an account, no listing fee and no sales commission payable to NetRent.

You can advertise as many suitable properties as you like.

Property for Sale can also be used alongside your existing sales arrangements. If a property is already being marketed through an estate agent or on other property portals, you can still advertise it through NetRent, subject to having permission to use any photographs or other material supplied by third parties.

Prospective purchasers can search the service and make enquiries directly from individual property listings.

All enquiries are emailed directly to the advertiser, so landlords and agents remain in control of their own enquiries and negotiations. NetRent does not act as an estate agent or intermediary in the sale.
