All property descriptions, photographs, floor plans, measurements, asking prices, rental figures, yields, tenancy details and other information displayed within the NetRent Property for Sale service are supplied by the relevant property advertiser.

The advertiser is solely responsible for ensuring that all information supplied is accurate, complete, current, lawful and not misleading, and that they have the necessary authority, permissions and rights to advertise the property and publish the information provided.

NetRent does not independently inspect properties or verify advertisers, ownership, title, tenure, tenancies, rental income, yields, condition, measurements, licences, regulatory compliance, availability, suitability for letting or any other information contained within a listing. Publication of a listing does not constitute approval, endorsement, advice, a representation or a warranty by NetRent.

NetRent provides only a free property advertising and enquiry-forwarding facility. NetRent does not act for the advertiser or prospective purchaser, participate in negotiations, arrange viewings, handle money or become a party to any offer, agreement, sale or other transaction. A listing is provided for general information and enquiry purposes only and does not form part of any contract.

Prospective purchasers must make their own enquiries, independently verify all information and obtain appropriate legal, surveying, financial, mortgage, tax and other professional advice before relying on a listing, incurring costs, making an offer or entering into any agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetRent accepts no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, inaccuracy, misrepresentation, unlawful content, unauthorised listing or fraudulent conduct by an advertiser or other third party, or for any loss, damage, cost, delay, failed transaction or dispute arising from any listing, enquiry, communication or transaction. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited..
